We know that many of the international packages are still in transit but they should arrive within the next few days. As we wrap up the GIRO campaign, we present to you an exciting new pen. Dear Backers,
We're very excited to let you know that all rewards have been shipped. The last few packages were shipped today. Domestic orders will only take a couple of days to arrive while international orders take 2 weeks on average. It could take up to 4 weeks in some countries depending on customs clearance, the efficiency of the local postal service, and COVID-19 delays.

Dear Backers,
We are very excited to let you know that the shipping of your pens will commence next week. All packages will be sent via regular mail. Domestic packages will only take a few days to arrive but international pledges can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. To many countries, the timeframe could be much shorter, about 10 days, but for some, it can be very long because of the pandemic. Customs clearance has also been severely delayed during these difficult times. Rest assure that your package will reach you, please be patient with the situation. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email from Backerkit with your tracking information.
On Friday, September 25 we will lock down surveys. If you need to update your mailing address or purchase additional pens at Kickstarter price, this is your last chance to do it. To access your survey you just need to click on the link that we originally sent.
We are thrilled with the quality of these pens. Every detail has been refined and we are sure you will love them. It seems like a straight forward pen, but every component has been exclusively developed for this project and we are only outsourcing the ink refill. It has been a big challenge to get it done within the budget and although it hasn't been our most successful campaign in monetary terms, this is the pen that we are most excited about. Everything about it is what we wanted and we are very grateful for your support.

We are set to begin production of your pens but we still need the survey response of 30% of the backers.

Dear Backers,
We hope you are well.
Within the next few minutes, you will receive your survey via email from Backerkit. In the survey, you will be able to let us know if you want your pen(s) with or without a clip. Please consider that if you order the clipless version, you won't be able to add a clip later on because the barrel won't have the threaded holes.
You will also be able to purchase additional pens at the Kickstarter price of $59, which represents a 50% discount on the future retail price of $120.
Please respond to the survey as soon as possible, before August 17, so we don't have to delay the schedule.
